Short and specific: what this site and our quote process collect, and what happens to it.

What we collect
This website has no accounts, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. The quote form does not send anything to us by itself: submitting it opens your own email program with a message addressed to info@openchemworks.com, and we receive only what you choose to send.
When you email us or send samples, we receive your name, contact details, organization and the information you provide about your samples. We use it to prepare quotes, run and report the analysis, invoice, and reply to you.
Sharing
Client information, sample descriptions and results are shared only with the submitting client, except where the law requires otherwise. We do not sell personal information.
Services this site relies on
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which records visitor IP addresses in its server logs for security. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Each provider processes that data under its own privacy policy.
