Custom HPLC Method Development

Your analyte, your matrix, your question

When the question isn't an amino acid profile, we develop an HPLC method for it. We develop and qualify the separation on an Agilent 1100 with diode-array detection, document it, and either run your samples on it (MD-2) or hand you a transferable method.

How a project runs

1. Feasibility call (MD-0, free). Thirty minutes on the analyte, the matrix, the concentrations you expect and what the result has to support. We tell you plainly whether HPLC with UV detection is a good fit.
2. Development (MD-1, quoted). Column and mobile-phase selection, separation from matrix interferences, and the calibration approach, scoped in the quote. Columns and specialty consumables are billed at cost.
3. Documentation. A written method with the conditions, the system-suitability checks and the data behind the choices.
4. Routine analysis (MD-2) or transfer. We run your samples on the developed method at a per-sample price set at project close, or you take the method to your own lab.

Method development pays off when it becomes a routine measurement. If a one-off answer is what you need, say so on the call and we will scope it that way.
